Hi, my name is Paola S. The founder and owner of Pao s Studio. After surviving a cancer treatment during my master studies abroad, I started to create these hand-made pieces of jewellery and explore my creativity through them. Each piece is unique and I made them with love and care, paying special attention to the details.  I hope you find the products you are looking for.

Sales Policies at Pao s Studio
At Pao s Studio, we want our customers to receive the best service during their purchase so they always want to come back to us. That's why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Below you will find a list of our policies. Packaging and delivery
• PaosStudio sends the jewellery in a display card inside a transparent bag with an instruction card with information on how to take care of your new jewellery product.
• The delivery is made with a tracking number for your safety (delivery between 5 working days in Germany).
• For schedules abroad the deliveries make take till 20 working days.

We accept changes and returns
• Please contact me within 14 days of delivery
• Return the items to me within 30 days of delivery
We do not accept cancellations
• Please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer will be responsible for any loss of value.
